The Position

Skilled Medical has a career opportunity for a medical registrar to commence a permanent position in a regional Victorian health service.

Health Service

You will be working at a level 1 tertiary teaching hospital (approx. 150 beds). This facility provides a range of acute services including emergency, maternity, intensive care, general medicine and surgery, medical imaging, pathology, dialysis, mental health, inpatient and community services, and a range of ambulatory services. The hospital is affiliated with major Melbourne based universities for the provision of undergraduate and postgraduate medical, nursing and allied health education.

It is known for its award-winning wineries and vast wine production, citrus groves, fresh local produce, and river-based recreational activities. This location is a popular tourist destination for the region providing a vibrant river-based oasis.

Essential Criteria

Doctors must hold general registration with AHPRA or be eligible for provisional registration with AHPRA via the competent authority pathway.
