The Position
Skilled Medical has an exciting career opportunity for an Advanced Trainee Medical Officer in Medical Administration to commence a 12 month fixed-term position in coastal Queensland.
Providing an innovative approach to strengthening specialist medical administration capacity in the region. The aligned focus on indigenous health will aid in fostering a more targeted approach to care for this population group. Medical administration plays a principle role in clinical governance and enhancing the delivery of broader medical education and training.
Health Service
Providing public health services to communities across regional Queensland including regional cities, coastal communities and remote rural towns in a catchment area of approximately 233,930 people.
The Location
This city and region is known for its charming historical architecture, pubs, rodeos, and stunning natural surrounds. It is located within 30 minutes drive from famous coastal and tourist locations.
Essential Criteria
Doctors must hold general registration and have held registration with the AHPRA for at least three (3) years. Specialist registration with the AHPRA and evidence of undertaking FRACMA training is highly desirable.
Doctors must also hold class "c" drivers licence.
The Package
Total package up between $146,457 p.a. (L4 -L9) to $172,082 p.a. (L10 - L12)
