The Position
Skilled Medical have an exciting opportunity for a Registrar/PHO in General Medicine to commence a 6 month fixed term full-time or part-time contract with possibility of extension commencing ASAP in metropolitan WA.
The successful candidate will receive a salaried contract as per the WA AMA Agreement. The terms would include base salary, professional development allowance, 9.5% super and eligible for salary sacrifice.

Essential Criteria
1. Eligible for registration by the Medical Board of Australia.
2. Demonstrated clinical and procedural experience as a registered medical practitioner in an Australian comparable hospital setting.
3. Demonstrated ability to make informed and timely decisions regarding assessment, diagnosis, follow-up, health maintenance and promotion.
4. Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact appropriately with patients, their families and staff of all levels.
5. Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team environment.
6. Demonstrated ability to identify and respond to the health needs and expectations of individual patients, families and carers.
7. Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
8. Demonstrated awareness of safe clinical practice within own limitations and the environment in which practicing.
9. Demonstrated interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
