The Position

Skilled Medical currently has an exciting career opportunity for a Staff Specialist in Emergency Medicine to commence a permanent full-time or part-time position in central coast NSW.

Health Service

The two main health services within this district oversee a catchment area of approximately 300,000 people.

This new emergency department (opening mid 2021) sees approximately 150,000 people annually and provides adult and paediatric emergency care supported by intensive care units. ACEM accredited, this department can provide doctors with 18 months of training and research opportunities.

The Location

This beautiful seaside location offers an array of beaches, national parks and lush hinterlands. This location is ideal for doctors seeking an outdoor and relaxed lifestyle.

Essential Criteria

Doctors must hold or be eligible for specialist registration with AHPRA and fellowship with Australasian College of Emergency Medicine (ACEM).
