A Western NSW hospital requires a Senior Medical Officer

WNSW45937 – 1800 Monday 1 August 2022 to 0800 Friday 5 August 2022 AND 1800 Sunday 7 August to 0800 Monday 8 August 2022 – $2,200 per shift
Overnight ED shift - You will be required to be onsite from 1830 to 2300. The on call doctor overnight is expected to attend the hospital when requested to attend by Nursing staff.
Travel and Hire car organised by agency.
Accommodation organised by Hospital.

WNSW45926 - 0800 Sunday 7 August 2022 to 1800 Tuesday 9 August 2022 – $2,200 per shift
ED Day shift - covering Parkes ED from– 0800 to 1800 the doctor will be required to be onsite for these hours except for two 30 minute breaks during this time. A full clinical handover is expected to be carried out between ED doctors at shift changes.
Travel and Hire car organised by agency.

Procedural hospital seeing approximately 32-35 patients per day through ED. Maternity on site with Obstetric and Anaesthetic Cover. It has a capacity of 27 beds and 2 birthing rooms. Of the 27 beds, three are maternity beds and two are high observation beds. Both Emergency departments have five beds and one Resus Bay. The ward rounds do not include any aged care facilities. The doctors agency will organise a hire car for use by the doctor during their time.
