A Western NSW hospital requires a Specialist in Palliative Care Medicine from 06/03/2023 to 01/04/2023.
0800AM Monday 6th March 2023 – 0800AM Saturday 1st April 2023
DUTIES OF CONSULTANT LOCUM
In-patients: Responsible for Specialist Palliative Care admitted patients and palliative care in-patient consults.
Out-patients: Ad hoc palliative care medical review of palliative care patients attending Oncology/Medical Day Only Units
Community: Palliative care medical support for community palliative care nurses; Home visit and RACF reviews of community patients.
Remote outreach: Remote palliative care medical support for Outreach community palliative care nurses.
On-call: For hospital admitted palliative care in-patients and District community palliative care nursing teams
