Skilled Medical are seeking a savvy and highly driven recruitment consultant to join our International Recruitment Team.

We are a national market leader and one of Australia's most innovative Medical Recruitment companies, recognised for our superior service levels and the quality of the doctors we provide.

The focus of this role will be to manage the inbound recruitment of doctors from the UK to permanent roles here in Australian and New Zealand.

Working closely with our UK-based team the Permanent Inbound Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for:

  • identifying business opportunities and forging successful relationships with health services
  • sourcing and vetting of suitable candidates, and
  • facilitating the settlement of doctors into their Australian based roles

To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate highly developed business development capabilities, superior client and candidate management skills, and have a proven ability to work well autonomously, in addition to as part of a team. A background in medical or health recruitment will be highly regarded.
