The Position

Skilled Medical has an exciting career opportunity for an experienced practitioner to undertake a combined Director of Medical Services and Medical Superintendent position in Darling Downs, Queensland. 

This role involves a combination of leadership, medical administration and clinical duties.  The successful candidate will receive a competitive remuneration of a base salary ranging between $179703 - $227842 plus additional benefits.

Essential Criteria

Doctors must hold Fellowship with the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) or the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). 

Whilst not mandatory, it is desirable that candidates hold Fellowship of the Australasian College of Medical Administrators (FRACMA) or commitment to obtain FRACMA or associate FRACMA (aFRACMA).  It is also desirable that candidates are eligible to be an accredited registrar supervisor for Australian General Practice Trainees and have a minimum of five years post Fellowship experience in a rural/remote location as a medical practitioner.
