The Position
Skilled Medical currently has an exciting career opportunity for a Consultant in Emergency Medicine to commence a permanent full-time or part-time position in south east Western Australia commencing ASAP.
Obligations include supplying extensive emergency medicine clinical services to patients, leadership of the multi-disciplinary team, promote patient quality and safety within the department and offer leadership, management, training, supervision and education for Senior Medical Practitioners, Interns, Resident Medical Officers and Registrars in conjunction with the Director of Medical Services.
Health Service
The organisation is comprised of seven regions with a strong network of public hospitals, health services and health centres. The south-east region provides multidisciplinary services to approximately 500, 000 people including approximately 45,000 Aboriginal people in a catchment area of approximately half a million square kilometers.

Essential Criteria
Doctors must hold or be eligible for specialist registration with AHPRA and fellowship with Australasian College of Emergency Medicine (ACEM).
The Package
Total remuneration inclusive of base salary, superannuation and allowances ranges between $355,762 - $452,952 p.a.
