A Northern NSW hospital requires a Specialist in Internal Medicine from 04/08/2023 to 07/08/2023.
SHIFTS:
0800hours Friday 4th August 2023 until 0800hours Monday 7th August 2023
Shift times are Monday to Friday 0800 – 1700hours
on call roster 0800 – 0800 (weekdays and weekends)
The locum will be rostered on call for the full period.

The Hospital is a regional referral Level 5 base hospital with state-of-the-art operating theatre suite, ICU/CCU, imaging, Cardiac Cath Lab and most major specialties and subspecialties. The Emergency Department is a comprehensive level 5 Emergency Department and is the designated Trauma Centre for Northern NSW with on-site roof top helipad as part of our Retrieval Service.
The Specialist will be required to work with the team Monday to Friday each week and provide an On-Call Service as rostered for the duration of the contract, attend any clinics and emergencies as required and provide daily ward rounds. Supervision and training of Junior Medical Officers is also a requirement.
