The Position
Staff Specialist Psychiatrists (UK Consultant grade) required across three sub-specialties for our public healthcare provider. The mental Health services are looking to fill vacancies in:
- Mental Health Rehabilitation
- Consultation Liaison
- Psychogeriatrics
Job descriptions for each role can be provided to interested candidates. The client will accept suitably experience and qualified international doctors.
Health Service
Provides comprehensive range of services across 21 facilities, from primary care in regional locations, treatment in a secure environment, to highly specialised care at the main hospital.
The Location
Spread across a coastal and metro region in Queensland.
Essential Criteria
- candidates eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Specialist Psychiatrist and suitable specialist assessment with The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists
- appropriate experience to practice as a Staff Specialist, equivalent to Consultant grade in the UK/Ireland
