Anaesthetics:
Bed Numbers: N/A
Shift times: 0730-1800 / 0730-1600 / 1600-0000 / on-call
Staffing levels for each shift time: 4-7 FTE VMO Anaesthetists at any one time, 8FTE Registrars
How much support is provided: Supervision provided for all Registrars
Any other important shift information: 6FTE Registrars work in Theatres and 1FTE Registrar works in the
wards doing clinics and pain management for patients in the ward. 1FTE Registrar on evening shift to cover
until 00:00 then oncall until midnight.
