SHIFTS:
26th April 0800 – 1700 and on call *increased rate $2000 per day
9th – 12th May 0800 – 1700 and on call *increased rate $1800 per day
17th May 0800-1700 $1500 per day
23rd – 24th May 0800 – 1700 and on call $1500 per day
5th – 10th June 0800 – 1700 and on call $1500 per day
12th – 16th June 0800 – 1700 and on call $1500 per day
19th – 23rd June 0800 – 1700 and on call $1500 per day
24th – 30th June 0800 – 1700 and on call $1500 per day
1st – 7th July 0800 – 1700 and on call $1500 per day
