An Eastern SA hospital requires a GP from 26/07/2024 to 29/07/2024.

Commence 12:00 Friday, 26 July 2024 to 12:00 Monday, 29 July 2024 (inclusive)

$2,800 per day flat rate for all rostered shifts inclusive of any 24 hour on call period

All applicants considering this request must hold current General or Specialist Medical Registration and be able to work unsupervised in both general and emergency medicine. The expectation is that the incumbent will provide Emergency Department cover as required, as well as be available to provide a daily ward round.

Applicants must be able to provide evidence of continuing professional development in emergency medicine. This can include Advance Life Support (ALS), Advance Paediatric Life Support (APLS), Rural Emergency Skills Program (RESP) or equivalent. The equivalents include Rural Emergency Skills Training (REST) and Early Management of Severe Trauma (EMST). Competency for ALS, APLS, RESP, REST and EMST must be in the last three (3) years with most recent CPD within the last 12 months.
