A South Eastern QLD hospital requires a SHOs/PHOs in Prison Health Service to assist with the conversion of Patient Records from paper to digital.

09.06.25 Mon 0800-1600
09.06.25 Mon 1600-2400
10.06.25 Tues 0800-1600
10.06.25 Tues 1600-2400
11.06.25 Wed 0800-1600
11.06.25 Wed 1600-2400
12.06.25 Thur 0800-1600
12.06.25 Thur 1600-2400
13.06.25 Fri 0800-1600
Onsite position.
The conversion team comprises of a Pharmacist, Prescriber and Administration officer. The Conversion Team transitions patients from paper records to digital encounters. (e.g. Medications ordering, clinical tasks ordering, etc.). There is no requirement for patient contact in this activity.
