- Community Mental Health Service - Great Southern Mental Health Service
- Normal working hours - Monday to Friday 8 hour days, On-call one weekend per month
- Vehicle provided for duration of stay. Travel expenses paid as agreed in writing prior to booking and upon receipt of tax invoices (Interstate and intrastate only, trans-Tasman flights not included) Accommodation provided for duration of locum

A Southern WA hospital requires a Senior Medical Officer in Psychiatry from the 04/09/2017 to the 29/09/2017.
Great Southern Mental Health Service APU covers the catchment areas of Great Southern and Southern Wheatbelt. GSMHS has community mental health clinics in Albany (co-located in the hospital), Katanning and Narrogin.
The Acute Psychiatric unit has 16 beds, 4 secure beds and 12 non-secure beds.
Community Mental Health Service includes the following sub-specialist programs:
• Triage and depot clinic
• Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) 0-18 years
• Youth Mental Health Service 15-25 years
• Adult program 18 - 65 years
• Seniors program 65+ years
