A Southern TAS hospital requires a Senior Registrar/CMO in Psychiatry from the 04/03/2019 to the 07/06/2019.
This is a 12 bed Mental Health Hospital in the Home Unit. This Unit will provide care, treatment and support to consumers experiencing an acute mental illness in their own home, including consumers able to be discharged early from the Department of Psychiatry. The care will be provided by a multidisciplinary team following a range of assessment and treatment principles. The care will be provided on an intensive basis for up to 14 days. The Unit will operate over extended hours, seven days a week.
